Roadmaster / Manager of Rail Mainteance Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Road Manager to oversee and coordinate projects in Springerville, AZ and Grants, NM area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in track maintenance, track inspection and track repair knowledge. 5-7 years of experience as a Roadmaster or track inspector is necessary. A thorough understanding of FRA regulations and Class 1 requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities to ensure success.

• Responsibilities
• Oversite of track maintenance in Lee Ranch Subdivision (Western NM) Forty two miles of 119RE CWR and twelve miles of 136RE CWR, Class 4 track.
• Oversite of track maintenance of the Coronado-Springerville Subdivision (Northeastern AZ). Seventy Two miles of 119RE CWR, class 4 track.
• Track crew training requirements (RWP, MSHA, OSHA, CWR, Track inspector qualifications).
• Oversee rail, tie and surfacing operations at each location.
• Regularly Hy-rail with inspectors and property owners.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $46,576.24 - $56,091.81 per year
