This "12th Man or Woman" needs to bring their Estimating skills.  In addition, the right candidate in this position has the real potential to grow into a leadership role within the company.

The basic qualifications for this position include :

• Proven track record of estimating $100k- 2M
• Expert knowledge in all Roofing Systems
• Relationship driven and with a passion for success
• Ability to estimate both new construction as well as reroofing for commercial as well as industrial
• Ability to complete estimates and proposals under pressure to meet specific deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and industrial construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, component materials, and required standards applicable to the discipline
