Position : Junior Accountant (1-5 Years of Experience)

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented aspiring CPA looking for an opportunity to launch your accounting career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love learning new skills every day? If so, we want you to join our team.

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Accountant who is eager to develop professionally, gain hands-on experience in tax and accounting, and work directly with business owners, CEOs, and CFOs. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate with an accounting degree who wants to pursue their CPA license and grow with a firm that values your success.

What We’re Looking For :

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
• A problem solver who takes initiative and is not afraid to ask questions
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills – ability to interact directly with clients via calls, emails, and texts
• Tech-savvy – experience with QuickBooks Online & Desktop is highly preferred
• Familiarity with tax software (a plus, but not required—we will train you)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
