Job Description
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience working with heavy industrial equipment
- Demonstrated success applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive reliability improvements
- Proven track record implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies
- Strong financial acumen in tracking, forecasting, and budgeting maintenance expenses
- U.S. citizen or green card holder
