What We Offer :

• $16.00 / hour starting pay with additional appointment bonuses
• Flexible between 8am-5pm
• Part-time schedule : 20 hours per week
• Daytime hours only – no evenings or weekends
• Supportive, professional office environment What You'll Do :
• Call local business leads within our service area
• Build rapport quickly and naturally — no script required
• Identify needs, explain the basics of our janitorial services, and schedule a meeting with a local sales manager
• Keep detailed records of calls and conversations for follow-up
