GRADING OPERATOR : Your mission is to support grade crews. You will safely and skillfully maneuver various equipment for cut to fill and grading operations. You will accurately interpret grading plans, perform layout tasks using survey stakes and GPS technology, and install protective measures like super silt fences and tree protection. Uphold safety standards, learn new skills, tackle challenging tasks, keep the worksite clean, and communicate effectively with the team.

EXCAVATION OPERATOR : Your mission is to efficiently and safely operate various equipment to support grade crews. You will identify and manage different types of soil, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt materials, perform layout tasks using survey stakes, and install protective measures like super silt fences and tree protection. Maintaining clean equipment and work areas, managing water removal, and ensuring site safety through proper use of confined space tools and adherence to traffic control methods are essential. You will assist with grading, excavation, and backfilling tasks, contributing to the overall success of the site development project.
