Electrician II
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment. Conducts machine testing, troubleshooting and performs emergency repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure a safe and clean work place, while striving for a zero incident culture.
Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected.
Uses a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment
Other duties as deemed necessary.
Minimum Education : High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience : Two (2) years of journeyman-level electrical experience. Three (3) to Five (5) years of related experience, or may have Two (2) years' experience plus an associate degree, or additional training or certification
License(s) / Certification(s) : Electrician's license in work state.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :
Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
