Salary Range : $53,183 - $70,911 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Operations and in conjunction with the Director, this position will be primarily responsible for oversight of all supply chain and technology aspects of UCCS Dining and Hospitality Services (DHS). This includes ordering coordination, inventory management, item quality control, food cost logistics, and oversight of material handling logistics and all technology systems within dining operations.
The Culinary Systems Manager will work closely with suppliers and technology vendors to build relationships, ensure orders are delivered, discuss price savings and food-saving initiatives, and coordinate usage of innovative foods and products. This position also works directly with DHS Chefs and Managers to ensure all ordering needs are met. The ability and willingness to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Must be committed to student employment and professional development opportunities for students as this position oversees up to 5 student employees.
