Project Manager - DSA Construction
The Project Manager - DSA Construction will be responsible for :
- Lead all phases of DSA projects, including preconstruction, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, construction, and closeout.
- Manage project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, DSA inspectors, and school district representatives.
- Oversee and enforce DSA requirements, codes, and standards, ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project schedules, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to maintain budget and timelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports, RFI logs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Support site safety programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior project staff.

The Project Manager - DSA Construction will be responsible for :
5-10+ years of construction project management experience, with 3+ years on DSA projects (K-12, community colleges, or public works).Proven track record delivering $10M+ ground-up and modernization projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of DSA regulations, permitting, inspections, and closeout procedures.Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and related construction management software.Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.Experienced in leading and mentoring teams of superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.Effective communicator with clients, architects, inspectors, and school district representatives.Prior experience with LAUSD, California Community Colleges, or similar agencies preferred.Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.LEED accreditation or sustainable building experience a plus.Competitive Compensation : A competitive base salary for the Northwest regional market.
