Shifts : Rotating 12-hour shifts

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1990–$2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license (required for Massachusetts healthcare jobs)

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

Proficiency with Epic EMR and postpartum care

Successful completion of onboarding health and background screenings

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit

Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout labor and delivery

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Educate and support patients and families during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

Respond to obstetric emergencies and perform neonatal resuscitation
