Were looking for a Java Backend Engineer to :

• design, develop, and continuously improve intelligent digital products and services that support our employees and HR stakeholders with AI at the core
• apply a broad range of modern engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, deployment and observability
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• advocate for user and stakeholder needs, ensuring that AI solutions are explainable, ethical, and human-centric
• share your knowledge openly, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and help shape a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering culture

Your team

Youll be part of the AI Engineering team within the GOTO Group HRCS Technology organization. Our mission is to simplify and digitize the HR application landscape while delivering AI-powered solutions that enhance the employee experience. Based in New York, US, youll work in an agile, autonomous pod alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Salary information

US Only : The expected salary range for this role is $140000 to $180000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see Your role section for detailed salary information.
