An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence, exudes creativity and infuses enthusiasm into everything he / she does!

• A strong and dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• A leader who demonstrates a strong work ethic and environment that nurtures connection by creating trust and openness.
• They empower their employees and grow craftsmanship by investing time in developing people.
• They lead with inspiration encouraging their employees to bring authenticity and to be genuinely themselves.
• 2+ years Food & Beverage Management, understanding restaurant, room service operations as Management preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits)
• Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximize profits
