Pay Rate : $16.00–$35.62 / hour

Shift / Hours : Monday–Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary

The Program / Project Analyst – Permits provides permit acquisition support for construction work performed in the Public Right of Way and Caltrans right-of-way under established franchise agreements. Reporting to the Northern Division within the Construction Permit Organization (CPO), this role partners with planners, construction teams, and governmental agencies to ensure compliant and timely permitting for utility infrastructure projects.
