ABA Intake & Follow-Up Specialist

Type : Part-Time (Remote OK)

Compensation : $20 / hour + commission

Hours : 4 hours / day, Monday–Friday (20 hours / week)

Position Overview :

We're hiring 3 part-time ABA Intake & Follow-Up Specialists to help call, qualify, and convert inbound leads. This is a high-impact role where the money is in the commissions — you'll get bonuses for every lead that turns into a patient.

You'll be responsible for following up quickly, collecting key info (like Medicaid cards and evals), and keeping leads moving in our CRM. We'll train you, give you scripts, and support your success — but we're looking for hungry, proactive team players.

Pay Structure :

• $20 / hour base pay
• As well as Performance-based commissions per qualified patient
