Job Overview : T-Mobile's Corporate Strategy & Analysis team is an internal consulting team that works with executive leaders from across the company. Employing deep problem solving skills, the team delivers insights and helps leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions. This role owns workstreams on projects that take on complex and ambiguous problems and drive groundbreaking change (e.g., Sprint merger), create new businesses (e.g., Home Internet), and bring innovation to T-Mobile's customers (e.g., Binge On). A Corporate Strategy Manager structures analyses, performs analyses, and delivers insights to support those decisions. This role is located in Bellevue, WA and offers three days a week in office collaboration!

Job Responsibilities

• Structure analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
• Build financial and other decision-making models.
• Synthesize recommendations and understand their impact on the business.
• Work with client organizations to build consensus and motivate change.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, such as analysis for CS&A input and message development.
• Perform a leading role on projects, working closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem solving approaches.
• Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.

Base Pay Range : $96,200 - $173,600 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
