Lead Advisor (Level I & II)

Location : Altamonte Springs, FL – Onsite

About the Role :

Manage and grow client relationships while mentoring Associate Advisors. Participate in investment strategy and planning, and provide technical support to senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as liaison between clients and senior advisors

Conduct client meetings as primary or secondary advisor

Assist with portfolio management and investment analysis

Prepare financial plans and client recommendations

Provide training and guidance to Associate Advisors

Requirements :

Series 7 and 66 licenses required

5+ years of financial advisory experience

CFP or ChFC preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
