Clinic / Practice Assistant
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic / Practice Assistant to support our Cardiology suite onsite Monday through Friday from 9 : 30am to 6 : 00pm. Dedicated to administrative support, Clinic / Practice Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. Responsibilities include check in, check out, patient scheduling, collecting balance due and co-payments, completing tasks in Epic in basket and work queues, handling mail and serving as the first point of contact for patient appointments. This individual will work alongside 9 other Clinic / Practice Assistants in a collaborative atmosphere in our check-in and check-out space. Our team thrives on a teamwork-based mindset to provide the best care to our patients. We are looking for well-rounded detail oriented, customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume ambulatory clinic setting!
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Licenses and Credentials : Certified Medical Administrative Assistant [CMAA] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred.
Experience : Office experience 2-3 years required.
