What You'll Do as RN Clinical Director

As the RN Clinical Director, you oversee clinical and administrative operations to ensure patients receive exceptional hospice care. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily office and clinical operations
• Coordinating workload distribution and ensuring 24‑hour service coverage
• Partnering with HR to recruit, hire, and train new staff
• Serving as a resource for field staff and supporting clinical decision‑making
• Investigating and resolving reported incidents
• Conducting performance evaluations and developing improvement plans
• Educating staff on infection control and abuse recognition/reporting
• Visiting patients as needed to ensure service satisfaction
• Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources
• Responding to patient and family needs with professionalism and compassion
• Managing the branch's annual budget, including financial impacts of admissions, discharges, and recertifications
• Supporting quality assurance initiatives to maintain strong care outcomes

Your leadership helps ensure that patients receive compassionate, coordinated care while supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN license
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience
• Ability to obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health agencies
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to mentor, coach, and work tactfully with staff, patients, families, and community partners

Work Schedule

• Full‑time
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
