Financial Operations Coordinator

Full-Time | Direct Hire | $45,000-60,000 annually
Overview : LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the Lenexa, KS area to identify a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator. This position plays a key role in supporting a Financial Institution's operational workflows- this includes, managing files & documentation, handling transaction processing, onboarding new customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage financial transactions, including ACH transfers, wire payments, check processing, and ledger postings.
Handle customer-facing activities for deposits and withdrawals.
Complete daily account reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve issues.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of procedures and operational documentation.
Provide backup support and work collaboratively with team members to maintain seamless service.
Assist with internal audits and regulatory reviews by gathering data, analyzing patterns, and recommending improvements aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Some education within the Accounting & Finance or Business field is preferred but not required.
At least 2+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations.
Exceptional soft skills, including professionalism, dedication, meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, integrity, problem solving, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details : $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
