Travel RN Job Details Location : Tucson, AZ 85741 – Multiple healthcare facilities Position : Med / Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract Employment Type : Travel Nursing Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,780 - $1,910 per week Start Date : November 10, 2025 End Date : February 9, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM (12-hour day shifts) Hours per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule Float Pool : Will float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita Electronic Medical Record : Cerner Scrub Color : Any color Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Arizona RN license (Registered Nurse) BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience Prior telemetry experience required Willingness to float between departments and healthcare facilities as needed Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership abilities Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process in compliance with the Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies Demonstrate critical thinking and ensure safe, effective delivery of nursing care Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training Delegate patient care tasks appropriately based on staff education and experience Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel Adapt to various units and patient populations as part of the float pool Join our healthcare team in Tucson, Arizona and take the next step in your travel nursing career.
