Preferred schedule is 7days on and 7 days off

Assignment Details / Requirements :

Active and unrestricted Alaska license required

Board Certified preferred or Board Eligible

BLS Certification required

Scheduled Clinic Coverage + On-Call

Patients per day : 12

Practice Setting : Inpatient

Clinical Areas : Anxiety disorders, Affective disorder, ADD / ADH, Personality disorders, Psychotic disorders, Involuntary commitments

Treatment techniques : Pharmacotherapy

Facility Details : EMR : MedHost, Beds in department : 16, Trauma Level 4 facility,

Support Staff : RN : 2, MA : 3 techs, PA / NPs : 3

Credentialing timeline : 60 days
