What You'll Do

• Drive Innovation : Lead the ideation and development of cutting edge solutions that address real challenges in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
• Facilitate Design Thinking : Run collaborative workshops with clinicians, staff, and technologists to uncover needs and co-create impactful solutions.
• Own the Product Lifecycle : From concept to launch, manage the roadmap and execution of innovative products that align with Grady's mission.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and user-centered.
• Champion UX / UI Excellence : Apply your expertise to ensure every product is intuitive, accessible, and designed with empathy for the end user.
