Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Planning & Implementation: Create and execute tailored treatment plans, behavioral support strategies, and interventions for clients.

• Program Development: Formulate new programs and refine existing ones to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

• Case Collaboration: Work closely with the treatment team, directors, parents, and support network members to monitor and guide case progression.

• Supervision & Training: Provide direct oversight, training, and mentorship to clinicians and therapists, ensuring compliance with all organizational protocols.

• Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of billable hours while also fulfilling supervisory obligations.

• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with funding sources to deliver updates on client advancements, reports, and authorizations.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Candidates with a Master's degree and completed ABA coursework, aiming to achieve BCBA certification shortly, may be considered.

• Experience: Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are eligible for this entry-level role.

• Required Skills:

  Understanding of ABA and DTT (Discrete Trial Training)

  Effective leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

  Strong time management skills

  Proficient in written and verbal English communication

• Logistical Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable, insured transportation.

• Additional Qualifications:

  Capacity to engage in managerial duties as necessary

  Consistent communication with team members regarding schedules and client needs

  Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous and may result in enhanced compensation.
