Key Responsibilities
Treatment Planning & Implementation: Create and execute tailored treatment plans, behavioral support strategies, and interventions for clients.
Program Development: Formulate new programs and refine existing ones to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Case Collaboration: Work closely with the treatment team, directors, parents, and support network members to monitor and guide case progression.
Supervision & Training: Provide direct oversight, training, and mentorship to clinicians and therapists, ensuring compliance with all organizational protocols.
Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of billable hours while also fulfilling supervisory obligations.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with funding sources to deliver updates on client advancements, reports, and authorizations.
Qualifications
Required Certifications: Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Candidates with a Master's degree and completed ABA coursework, aiming to achieve BCBA certification shortly, may be considered.
Experience: Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are eligible for this entry-level role.
Required Skills:
Understanding of ABA and DTT (Discrete Trial Training)
Effective leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management skills
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
Logistical Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable, insured transportation.

Capacity to engage in managerial duties as necessary
Consistent communication with team members regarding schedules and client needs
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous and may result in enhanced compensation.
