We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to bridge the gap between Engineering and Production. In this crucial role, you will develop comprehensive manufacturing plans within our ERP system, ensuring BOMs and routings for parts and assemblies are accurate and designed for manufacturability (DFM). Collaborate with our engineering community and be a pivotal player in our manufacturing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and input production plans, including BOMs and routing, in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, CAD Designers, and Engineers for effective communication.
- Be actively involved with welding, machining, finishing, and assembly activities in the design build group, preemptively addressing potential issues.
- Conduct cross-functional manufacturing reviews with the production team alongside Project Managers.
- Promote a culture of safety in accordance with company standards.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for installations or issue resolution.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company and department policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or AAS degree with 5+ years of experience.Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Made to Manage).Capable of interpreting engineering drawings.Familiarity with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Experience in welding, fabrication, and machining preferred.Detail-oriented with excellent planning and monitoring abilities.Team player with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Able to work independently with efficient time management and organizational skills.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.Physical Requirements :

Compensation details : $77,350 to $113,500 yearly salary.
