Job descriptionLead the architecture and design of Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for PLM processes and workflows. Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs. Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.). Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices. 10 years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization. Strong proficiency in Windchill PDMLink and associated modules (Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, etc.). Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, Windchill APIs, and Info Engine. Knowledge of CAD integrations with Windchill (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Experience with Windchill upgrades and system administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
