Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Radiation Oncology MD in Springfield, Ohio, 45504!

About The Position

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio, beginning on Sept. 29, 2025. This role involves day shifts from 7am to 4pm, providing specialized radiation therapy including IMRT and stereotactic procedures. Ideal candidates are board certified, and should hold an active OH state license and DEA certification. Apply today!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver conventional and 3D radiotherapy
  • Perform IMRT, IGRT, and external beam radiation therapy
  • Conduct photon beam therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and SBRT
  • Provide fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy
  • Manage patient care including ordering images and tests, and prescribing necessary treatments

    • Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Radiation Oncology
  • Requires an active Ohio medical license and DEA registration
  • Experience with Epic EMR systems
