Job descriptionMinimum 5 years residential / commercial construction experience Multi-Family and Hospitality back ground preferred Minimum 3 years in production management (Project Coordination) Must have clean Drivers License and be able to pass background check and drug screen Knowledge of construction engineering and design A working knowledge of applicable State and Local Safety laws a must. Construction Superintendant- Seattle, WA
Incorporated in 1999, Legacy Hospitality, Inc . has built a solid reputation within the hospitality industry as a full service management company. LHI is seeking a dynamic individual to provide management and coordination services for the development and construction of the various Legacy Hospitality projects.
Job expectations
- Work with Project Manager in preparation of aggressive but realistic schedules
- Commitment to completion of projects on time and within budget
- Be Responsible for day to day site activity, site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, project scheduling, and field cost control.
- Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs; documents and ensure corrective measures are implemented. Takes an active role in the hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
- Coordinate contracted work for different crafts and sub-contractors.
- Participate in preconstruction services on all negotiated project including development of site logistics, project schedule and phasing, design and constructability review and budget development.
- Ability to resolve job site difficulties with a “can do attitude"
