Podium is seeking a motivated and organized Chief of Staff to support the CTO and CEO / CPO. In this role, you'll lead strategic projects, manage planning cycles, and streamline operations to ensure departmental and company success. You'll influence strategy, improve processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Operational Design

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to build and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Implement and improve product operations (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by independently identifying inefficiencies and driving process enhancements.
