Essential Job Functions :

Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

Monitor activity areas including the Ninja Obstacle Course and Inflatable Air Course to promote safety and engagement.

Host and coordinate birthday parties and group events, delivering top-notch customer service.

Support daily operations at registration by checking guests in accurately and of the cafe by taking orders and maintaining cleanliness.

Maintain facility standards by keeping activity zones, party rooms, and common areas clean and organized.

Follow safety guidelines and respond promptly to any incidents or guest concerns.

Work collaboratively with team members to create a fun, supportive environment.

Support management with completing a variety of tasks.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Previous experience in hospitality, childcare, recreation, or entertainment is a plus

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes slow-paced environment

Comfortable engaging both one-on-one and with large groups of people.
