Join our dynamic team of Endocrine providers at CentraCare Health Plaza.

This position will have a strong focus on diabetes care.

Schedule : 1.0 FTE

Monday- Friday - 8 : 00am – 4 : 30pm

No call responsibilities.

No weekends or Holidays.

To be considered for our position you would need to :

Have a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and be eligible for Minnesota licensure.

New graduates will be considered.

Overall preference will be given to candidates that have personal and / or professional experience in diabetes care.

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $109,990.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

Salary range : $109,990.40 - $139,880 per year

Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
