A Touch of Love & Care L.L.C. is a personal care services agency based in Moorefield, West Virginia. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality, non-medical support to elderly and disabled individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.\r\n\r\nOur services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. We also provide respite care for families and flexible scheduling to meet individual client needs.\r\n\r\nWe proudly serve Hardy, Hampshire, Grant, Mineral, and Pendleton counties, addressing a growing demand for personal care services in rural West Virginia. Our team of trained and CPR/First Aid–certified caregivers is supervised by an on-staff Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and client satisfaction.\r\n\r\nOur mission is simple: to enhance the quality of life for our clients by combining professional care with compassion, treating every individual with dignity, respect, and love.
