Pay : $17 / hour

Schedule : 12 hour shifts - 6 : 30am -700pm or 6 : 30pm - 7 : 00am (36 hours per week - rotating schedule) - Please confirm which shift they are open to (day or night)

Location : Vinita, OK

Job Description :

• No hands on or assisting with shower or bathing (Usually goes to CNA)
• Help escort them to meal center (within facility) classes and recreation – Monitor them during this time frame
• During recreation, monitor and interact with them (i.e Playing cards, coloring, playing basketball etc.)
• Safety Checks (Observe Smart – Utilized on an iPad) – 15-minute checks
• Observe – Document behavior and activity at the time of safety check – Reports on assigned iPad
