Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily store operations, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and motivationMaintain exceptional store organization, cleanliness, and merchandising standardsDrive customer acquisition and retention through personal client relationshipsMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and profitability targets by coaching staff to achieve individual goalsResolve customer issues with professionalism, courtesy, and ethical judgmentCommunicate effectively with staff, using creative problem-solving and timely dissemination of informationDemonstrate impeccable professional appearance and strong knowledge of style, interiors, travel, and foodDevelop and maintain expert knowledge of all brands, products, pricing, systems, and proceduresLead by example on the sales floor while motivating staff and fostering a positive team environmentRequirements :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail managerial roleHigh school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plusKnowledge or interest in Latin America strongly preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredStrong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-motivationPhysical Requirements :
