What you will do :

• Sales & Financial Reporting
• Generate and analyze MTD / YTD sales and gross profit reports specific to electrical product lines.
• Monitor inventory value, AP / AR balances, and credit card reconciliations.
• Identify and batch transactions with low / high GP% for review.
• Provide proactive business insights and performance updates to leadership.
• Operational Oversight
• Manage and validate sales transactions including SO / PO edits, overcommits, customer maintenance, and COD payment inquiries
• Handle credit / rebills and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Monitor transactions >

90 days and update or cancel as needed.

Location : Santa Rosa, CA and Napa, CA

Work hours : 7 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm

Salary Range : This is an exempt position that pays $87,700.00 - $119,832.00 annually. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
