Job Title : Work-Ready Processing / Production Associate

Reports to : Director of Production; Director of Programs

FSLA : Non-Exempt, Part-Time

Program Description : Our Production / Processing Training and Internship Program offers a comprehensive and supportive learning / working environment for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment while earning a paycheck. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical skills, valuable experience, and job readiness development to help them succeed in the production / processing field while working towards competitive employment.

Program Benefits

• Paid Work Experience : Participants receive pay for all hands-on training experiences. Earn while you learn!
• Hands-on Training : Participants will receive practical, hands-on training in production and processing techniques, including equipment operation, quality control, safety procedures, and more.

Typical Work Hours : To be Determined

Typical Working Conditions : Individuals work in a reasonably clean, indoor production environment under supervision. There is continuous contact with staff and co-workers of various abilities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
