Lead Retirement Plans Consultant

A company is looking for a Lead Transition Consultant - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison during plan installation and conversion

Coordinate the transfer of plan assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Drive client service initiatives and maintain professional relationships with clients and financial professionals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience

3+ years of relevant experience in retirement plans

Extensive knowledge of complex legal requirements and contracts

Experience with retirement plans implementation

Experience with MEP, PEP, and / or PEO is a plus
