Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Position Overview

Research, release / void and monitor pending credits, including liaison with customer and sales departments. Gather information from operational groups, ICQA team. Log daily findings / daily executed credits to assist in the weekly warehouse scorecard. Create and distribute the daily credit reports for assigned warehouses. Assist with random weight allocation transactions and their impact on shrink. Research and identify errors, resolve via billings / payments to customers / vendors. Review and audit process for receiving product for all C&S facilities. Identify, research, and resolve vendor claims to ensure proper payment is made to the vendor, any inventory adjustments required are made, report issues weekly to the warehouses and management on vendor claims. Review adjustments and reconcile with vendor return documentation, provide documentation to vendors and to AP, send AP upload to AP to process deductions. Validate that return is accounted for correctly. Research and resolve incomplete or erroneous information to prepare data for use in analysis. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and / or quarterly reports across numerous inventory related areas on an accurate and timely basis, including : shrink including errors related to weight variances, customer and vendor claims, audit results for warehouse processes, including for customer shipment and product receipt. Enable sufficient information and knowledge sharing to ensure continuity when absent. Document all procedures. Travel Required : No
