Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate appointments based on service requests and input from sales and technical teams.
- Organize and oversee a dynamic schedule, adapting to changes as needed.
- Communicate updates and changes to clients regarding scheduled appointments.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with the technical services department to handle reporting and assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and dispatch activities.
- Utilize computer-aided dispatch tools to streamline scheduling and communication.
- Ensure timely resolution of scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and clear communication.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching or a related role.
- Proficiency in customer service and call center operations.
- Strong skills in computer-aided dispatch systems and logistics coordination.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving schedules and priorities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with coordinating logistics in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership.
