What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and / or responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the ongoing operations of a technology-focused location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and on-site staff to address concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for employees, visitors, and guests.

Document incidents and daily activities through required reports and logs in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
