EJ has an immediate opening for a 202 6 Operations Management Intern. Summary : The intern will gain hands-on experience at a modern iron foundry that began operations in September of 2001. This role offers opportunities to engage in real-world problem-solving and contribute to operational excellence. This role will participate in a rotational learning experience by shadowing multiple departments at the facility. Responsibilities involve promoting plant safety and encouraging employee involvement, supporting effective production planning and execution across foundry operations, and recognizing the critical role of communication and collaboration in a modern manufacturing environment.

• Focus on plant safety
• Production planning across foundry operations
• Gain experience in a modern production atmosphere
