Vice President of Operations

Core Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in Manufacturing Operations management with current P&L responsibility

Preferred Requirements :

This includes implementing key business initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, and helping to develop high-performance teams. The ideal candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and demonstrate a strong orientation toward profitability.
