Job descriptionCall is 1 day every 50-60 days and we have a 24 hr call center with triage nurses. Average on call volume is between 0-5 calls. Prior Primary Care / Family Practice experience required Epic experience required Active STATE license needed 50% care coordination (phone calls from their patients, admin stuff, follow ups), 50% in office outpatient care Bonus Program 26 PTO Days 5 CME Days & $2500 Reimbursement 6 paid holidays
We are working with an established facility in Enfield, CT that is currently in search of a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to bring permanently onto their team.
FNP's and PA's need to be board certified and hold an active CT state license.
Schedule :
- Full time hours, Monday - Friday, typically 8-5PM
Rotating Saturday on call hours maybe once a month (4 hours)
Requirements :
More than 18 months required
