Job Description
Sales Execution & Account Growth (Inside Sales - 60%)
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet / exceed sales goals
- Conduct proactive outreach, virtual demos, and digital campaigns
- Manage quotations, lead qualification, and opportunity conversion
- Collaborate with Customer Service for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM
- Support marketing initiatives including webinars and workshops
Customer Engagement & Field Presence (Field Sales - 40%)
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic accountsConduct in-person visits, product evaluations, and technical demosRepresent the company at trade shows and industry eventsShare market insights and customer feedback with internal teamsCross-Functional Collaboration

The Successful Applicant
A successful Cytogenetic Sales Specialist should have :
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field (Master's preferred)3+ years of sales experience in Cytogenetics, Life Sciences, or medical device marketsStrong understanding of cytogenetics workflows and lab environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Willingness to travel 30-40% of the timeWhat's on Offer
