Job descriptionTeam-based, patient-first care : Work alongside 19 providers : multiple board-certified physicians, NPs, and PAs in two office locations. Clinical research environment : Participate in clinical trials through a Javara partnership Convenient patient access : Open-access scheduling, same- or next-day availability, in-office and virtual visits Robust support : Highly supported role through our tenured support staff : MAs, admin staff, and practice administrator. Full-time outpatient role; no hospital rounds or overnight call MondayFriday schedule at either Panther Creek or Alden Bridge locations Daily patient volume : 1822 visitsunhurried, focused sessions EMR (athena) Telemedicine integration backed by robust virtual infrastructure MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine Texas license (or eligible) Strong communicator and collaborator Experience with procedures and chronic disease management preferred Spanish skills valued (not required) Competitive base salary + productivity and quality-based incentives Comprehensive benefits : medical, dental, vision, retirement (401k), malpractice insurance, generous PTO CME allotmentand professional development support Clear partnership pathway for interested candidates
