Job Details :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full time Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging and diverse legal cases in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in court proceedings, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary.
• Conduct legal research to develop case strategies and anticipate legal issues.
• Draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal correspondence.
• Conduct and manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes favorably.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of laws, court decisions, and legal trends that may impact our clients.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Provide legal advice to clients, explaining legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes.
• Participate in firm marketing and client development activities.
