- Clinical Care
- Perform wellness exams, sick visits, diagnostics, and dentistry.
- Leverage advanced diagnostic equipment and AI-enabled technology (e.g., digital radiology, AI scribes, predictive lab analytics) for confident, efficient patient care.
- Practice evidence-based medicine aligned with Fear-Free principles and hospital protocols.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records with cloud-based, AI-supported charting.
- Client & Pet Experience
- Build trust and long-term relationships through clear communication, empathy, and education.
- Present diagnostics and treatment options in ways that empower families to make informed decisions.
- Reinforce that pets are family, ensuring every client feels deeply connected to the care journey.

- Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active (or eligibility for) veterinary license in the state of New Jersey.
- Commitment to Fear-Free principles and continuous learning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in routine clinical procedures; interest in dentistry and advanced medicine preferred.
- Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary commensurate with experience plus an aggressive production bonus which will bring on target earnings to well over $300k+.
