Responsibilities :

Our ideal Epic HB / PB / HIM Analyst will be responsible for implementing new or revised system requirements or procedures within Epic. This role will assist in activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.

• Provide support for HB / PB / HIM applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in HB / PB / HIM applications to streamline scheduling, referral, and registration processes, improving patient access and experience.
• Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relationship in dealing with others.
• Prepare documentation and assists in documenting and defining workflows in collaboration with team members and operational users.
• Identifies, manages, and communicates issues and risks, for supported applications.
• Collaborates with peers to create and maintain standard team specific documentation. Instrumental in maintaining, and consistently participates in improving standards of documentation.
