One Love is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced CBRS / Case Manager to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and other diverse needs. This role focuses on skill-building, supportive counseling, community integration, and coordinating services that promote independence and overall well-being. We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and confident working with clients across a wide range of cognitive and functional abilities.
