DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will oversee the comprehensive care of residents and supervision of nursing care within designated areas during your assigned shift. You will provide general supervision, guidance, and support to all nursing staff, ensuring the effective implementation of health care activities, treatments, and medication management in compliance with facility accreditation standards. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and evaluating tasks; setting work priorities; conducting interviews; selecting staff; assessing employee performance; approving leave requests; managing disciplinary actions; identifying training needs; providing coaching and counseling; and resolving conflicts. Additionally, you will monitor residents' conditions, ensuring any changes are promptly communicated to the appropriate staff, and document daily care activities in the required forms and electronic medical records. .

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• W ork hours are 2nd shift (2 : 45 AM to 11 : 15 PM), with rotatin g days and weekends and a 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.
• Overtime : As needed
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
