Pipeline Superintendent

Our client is an industrial general contracting organization, specializing in operations in mines, pipelines, oilfields, refining and power generation. Our primary service areas include Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, and Texas. In these areas they performs work from technical construction management, general construction and maintenance work and providing supplemental personnel from laborers and journeyman all the way up to highly qualified inspection personnel. They have the expertise to self-perform various sized projects. They perform as a Construction Management firm as well as a subcontractor to execute specific project requirements. They believe that to perform the best work we must employ the best personnel.

• Demonstrates sound judgment with the ability to make decisions.
• Has thorough knowledge and understanding of pipeline repair and maintenance.
• Use a forward-thinking approach to work and willingness to keep learning and developing skills
• Possess a history of working as part of a team, maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers and be extremely dependable, reliable and able to work under stress of deadlines.
• Inspects the work of company and contract personnel to ensure compliance with company standards, government regulations, etc.
• Good reading comprehension for technical documents, such as safety regulations, assembly and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Excellent verbal communications skills, especially when addressing customers, clients or official visitors to the website
• Keen eye to identify non-compliance with regulations or standards and ability to suggest solutions for deficiencies or problems
• Experience with managing clients and offering creative solutions to meet commitments and request
